Vision and Media’s Film Department supports producers, writers and directors. As the wealth generators of tomorrow, it’s their ideas and projects which have the potential to attract significant inward investment into the region. This, in turn, promotes the region and creates jobs.

It’s our aim to help the region’s creative talent to reach a stage in their careers where they can successfully attract recognition, commissions and funding from major independents, financiers and distributors.

To help us in our work, we are able to access funding from the Merseyside Film and TV Fund (MFTVF) and our RIFE Lottery Funding from the UK Film Council.
