The
North
West
Film
Archive
(NWFA)
has
been
based
at
Manchester
Metropolitan
University
since
1977
and is
the
publicly
recognised
home
for
moving
images
about
life
in the
Northwest
of
England.
Supported
by
Northwest
Vision
and
Media
through
its
HAFAD
fund,
the
NWFA
continues
to
provide
access
to an
exciting
library
of
archive
footage
and
film.
A
series
of
screenings
are
being
hosted
throughout
2007,
highlighting
its
exclusive
and
comprehensive
archive.
