Northern Routes

Competition has been fierce for the Northern Routes Training Scheme, with almost 500 applications received for just 22 places. The level of submissions was high, all applicants hoping for a chance to get invaluable hands on experience through a range of placement opportunities with award winning television programme makers across the North of England, from Shameless to Panorama, the list is extremely impressive.

The 22 trainees have now been chosen!!!!!!

The route is already mapped out for 10 of the hopefuls, who after a rigorous selection process have found themselves on a wide range of TV projects in the NorthWest of England. From news and factual documentary programmes to network dramas, the new trainees have been given fantastic opportunities that they have all embraced with great enthusiasm.
