How Can I Apply?

Applicants must read through both sets of guidelines before completing the HAFAD Application form. The guidelines are seperated into 'A Programme' and 'B Procedures'.

Guidelines Section A Programme provides details on the types of activity our HAFAD fund can support (PDF version here)
Guidelines Section B Procedures provides details on our application procedures such as how to apply and our assessment process (PDF version here)

Application Form - This must be typed and signed and posted to us with any additional materials (PDF version here)
Advice Notes - These notes apply to the numbers listed on the Application Form (PDF version here)
